Military Diet: Lose 10 Pounds in 3 Days

What to Eat 

During the diet, you can freely consume non-caloric sweeteners, tea, water, black coffee, mustard, spices, and lemon juice. First day

Lunch

Half tuna, a cup of coffee or tea, one slice of toasted bread

Dinner

3 oz of meat and a cup of green beans, a cup of ice cream, half a banana, and one apple

Second day

Breakfast

One egg, half a banana, and a slice of toasted bread

Lunch

One egg, a cup of cottage cheese, 5 crackers

Dinner

2 hot dogs, but without the bun, half a cup of carrots, half a banana, one cup of broccoli, and half a cup of vanilla ice cream

Third day

Breakfast

One apple, 5 crackers, one slice of cheddar cheese

Lunch

Boiled egg and a slice of toasted bread

Dinner

One cup of tuna, half a banana, and one cup of vanilla ice cream

Important to note:

For optimal results, you need to exercise on a daily basis depending on your activity level. If you’re overweight, you should take half an hour walks whereas those who are already physical active can swim, jump a rope, run, walk, etc.
